By having scanning points at different locations in the plant and in the assembly area, you will be able to see who pressed, who inspected, who assembled the garments and the time and date the transaction was processed.. This Production and Assembly System can be used together with the Drop Store program to monitor when the order left the plant.

An assembly light panel can be connected to the computer and when scanning the tag, a green light on the assembly rail will turn on where the invoice is hanged, or if you are not using an assembly rail, the number of the assembly hanger will show on a monitor. A red light will light when the order is finished and a message will appear on the monitor.

You can do one more last scan at the bagging station to be sure the garments belong to the order that is being bagged.
